I want to invite you to an event. It’s my wedding. Okay, no, it’s not, it’s my birthday. But imagine it’s a wedding. Or anything that makes it seem legit to you to travel long distance for just a weekend. It will be a relaxing weekend with lovely company, good food, drinks and games games games – so enough reasons to keep this weekend free from all responsibilities, to even use precious holiday days for it or call in sick.
I rented a house with a huge kitchen for great dinners, with a ping pong table for endless tournaments, an immensive playground, a huge sauna and a lake closeby.
Those are the hard facts for now:
Friday 27.09. – Monday 30.09.2024
This is the time period I will be in the house. You can arrive and leave whenever it suits you. The place can be reached by bus, but I will organize shuttles from the closest train station aswell. If you can organize yourself in a manner, that we don’t need too many shuttles, that would be great!
I would love to know beforehand, whether you come. Please register via the register button the soon as you can 🙂 If that’s not possible for you, just write me. I am sure there will be some beds left in the end. I just need to plan the rooms for all of those who have special needs concerning their sleeping situation. I will try to consider all the wishes, but if it’s not possible I will write you to figure something out.
About a plus 1 or 2 or plus whatever: I will try to make it happen, but I can’t promise anything. So lets talk about it, if you want to bring someone else along with you.
If you already want to book train tickets, here is some information: The nearest train stations are Herzberg (Elster) (if you are coming via Leipzig) and Luckau (if you arrive from Berlin). There are buses going to Lake Körba, but it’s rare. I will organize pickups with a car. If you can: Try to arrive at the different train stations around the same time like others, to make the pickup easier. If you have free places in your car you can add it too and maybe someone can join you.
